What a planned service visit covers
Portable toilet servicing includes waste removal, interior cleaning, treatment of the holding tank and toilet-paper replenishment. Handwashing stations also need fresh water, soap, paper towels and wastewater removal. We coordinate these tasks with the equipment and usage in your rental plan.
Choose a schedule that matches use.
The right visit frequency depends on the number of users, hours of use, rental duration and equipment. A multi-shift crew or busy event may need more attention than a small daytime site. We set the planned visits when you book and adjust the plan if demand changes.
For Visalia summer events, consider both tank usage and guest comfort when planning the schedule. For agricultural work, changing field access and crew locations can also affect when the service route works.

- Keep the gate unlocked or provide the agreed access arrangement.
- Leave the route to the equipment clear of vehicles and materials.
- Call before moving units or adding fencing around them.
- Tell us if supplies run low or the rental needs attention between visits.
Extra cleaning and pump-outs
We arrange additional service visits for increased usage and pump-out services for suitable holding tanks and RV tanks. Give us the tank or unit type, location and connection access so we can plan the work and quote any extra charges.
