Your written rental agreement
The written quote and accepted rental agreement identify the equipment, rental period, delivery and collection arrangements, service schedule and charges for your booking with Michael Rental Works, operating as Visalia Porta Potty Rentals.
Payment and billing
The agreement states when payment is due, the payment method and any deposit or recurring charges. Provide accurate billing and delivery information; these addresses may differ. Review the itemized total, applicable taxes and included service before accepting the booking.
Renewals and extensions
For recurring rentals, the agreement specifies the billing cycle and renewal arrangements. Contact our team before the planned end date if the equipment is needed longer. An extension may change rental and service charges.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Call (559) 338-8819 as soon as you need to cancel or move the dates. The cancellation deadline, applicable fees and refund terms are those stated in your accepted rental agreement. Ask the team to record the change and provide an updated confirmation. Delivery already underway or work already performed may affect the charges under that agreement.
Access, placement and equipment care
Provide a clear, authorized placement area and safe access for delivery, service and collection. Keep gates available as arranged. Contact us before moving the equipment. Report damage, vandalism, loss or a service problem promptly; the agreement sets out any responsibility and charges.
Servicing and additional work
Your quote identifies included visits. Extra cleaning, relocation, additional supplies, restricted access or other work outside the agreed scope can require an updated charge. Contact the team to arrange changes before work is performed.
Pickup and rental closeout
Follow the agreed pickup process and contact us when the equipment is ready for collection. Keep the approach clear until removal. Confirm the pickup arrangement and the date rental billing ends, especially for open-ended projects.
