Recurring service that follows the project.
Longer rentals need more than an initial delivery. We plan regular pumping, cleaning and supply replenishment with the equipment selection. Tell us the users per shift, working days and any expected workforce increases so the schedule reflects actual use.
For a Visalia building project, keep the restroom location on the logistics plan as fencing, deliveries and parking move around the site. We coordinate changes through one rental team.
Know the billing cycle before booking.
Your written quote identifies the rental period, recurring amount, included service visits and charges for additional work. A 28-day cycle is four weeks; a calendar-month arrangement follows different dates. We put the applicable cycle in your booking so renewal dates are clear.
When to change the rental plan
| Project change | What to discuss |
|---|---|
| More workers or longer shifts | Additional units or more frequent service |
| Work moves to another area | Relocation and the new service approach |
| Building restrooms temporarily close | Staff count, accessible facilities and expected outage |
| A rental is needed longer | Extension dates, billing and continued servicing |
| The site is ready to close | Collection request and final billing date |
Cleaning and restocking
Scheduled visits include waste pumping, interior cleaning and toilet-paper replenishment. Sink rentals also need water, soap and towels maintained. Request an additional service visit if usage increases or the unit needs attention between planned visits.
Close out the rental clearly.
Contact our team when the equipment is no longer needed. We arrange pickup, note any access restrictions and confirm when the rental billing ends. Keep gates accessible and the collection route free until the equipment has left the property.
